We worked with the interior design team to create a flexible space using dark hues of red wine and aubergine, with rich chocolate and lots of natural timber. Large format share tables and indoor lounge create a great atmosphere. The giant felt screens give the restaurant a unique feel and divide the formal dining from the casual bar area…what started as a blank canvas is certainly rich and painterly now…
